The parts processed by grinding are stored in the assembly warehouse after passing the inspection. If the production is organized properly, the parts can also be directly sorted and assembled in the assembly room, and the bearings are not stored in the warehouse, thus reducing the production cycle for NTN bearings. The assembly warehouse keeper not only needs to take good care of the bearing parts, but also needs to grasp the dimensional tolerances of the ring rolling in and the rolling element. They should do a good job of statistics, issue a part tolerance order, organize supplementary parts, and facilitate the assembly process.
For small-scale suction production, especially in cases where the size of rolling elements and raceways is greatly dispersed, bearings are often organized and produced by first grinding and processing one ring and sorting the size tolerance of that ring. Then, based on the size deviation status of the rolling elements, the range of raceway size grinding deviation for the other ring of the bearing is formulated to achieve a higher fitting rate. In general, the final grinding outer raceway is close to the final process of grinding the outer ring, and it is better to place the customized tolerance on the outer ring.
