Introduction to the fixing method of the inner ring of imported bearings

<< Return list

Imported bearings are divided into inner and outer rings, and I think everyone knows this. So what is the fixing method for the inner and outer rings of imported bearings? Firstly, let's introduce the fixing method of the inner ring of imported bearings.

     1. Shoulder fixation

The inner ring of the bearing is axially fixed by the shoulder and interference.

Suitable for supporting structures fixed at both ends.

Simple structure and small external dimensions.

    2. Elastic retaining ring fixation

The inner ring of the bearing is axially fixed by the shoulder and locking nut.

Can withstand small bidirectional axial loads.

The axial structural size is small.

    3. Lock nut fixation

The inner ring of the bearing is axially fixed by the shoulder and locking nut. And it has a locking washer to prevent    loosening, which is reliable and suitable for high-speed and heavy-duty situations.

     4. Fixed end face thrust washer

The inner ring of the bearing is axially fixed by the shoulder and end retaining ring. The shaft end retaining ring is fixed to the shaft end with screws. The fixing screws should have anti loosening devices.

Suitable for situations where the shaft end is not suitable for cutting threads or space is limited.

     5. Tight set fixing

By compressing the radial size of the inner hole of the clamping sleeve and clamping it onto the shaft, the axial fixation of the bearing inner ring is achieved.

     6. Fixed removal sleeve

The clamping method of the disassembly sleeve is the same as that of the locking sleeve. However, due to the specially designed nuts, the disassembly sleeve is convenient for bearing loading and unloading, and is suitable for fixing double row spherical bearings with larger radial loads and smaller axial loads on the optical axis.
